My good friend (and great photographer by the way) Tony Corso and his wife Kathy were in town visiting us over the Columbus Day holiday. Tony and I decided to head down to the start of the Chicago Marathon to shoot the race.
As the throngs of runners were streaming by us, I noticed a costumed runner in the distance. I gave Tony a heads up and his first comment was, “it looks like a heart or something”. As the runner got closer I thought he looked more like a potato.
No potato my friends – it was Mr. Testicles, running for male cancer awareness. Tony posted a shot on the Chicago Tribune’s photo gallery located here, but I can’t figure out how to link to it in that presentation so here’s the actual shot.
I wonder if he finished? The heat was brutal.
